The Streets for Cycling Plan is an innovative network of bicycle infrastructure to encourage cycling among residents. The Streets for Cycling Plan 2020 Network consists of 645 miles of on-street bike routes. These routes include Neighborhood Bike Routes, Crosstown Bike Routes and Spoke Routes. Normally, trash is picked up every Tuesday. However, due to Christmas and New Year occurring on a Tuesday, trash will instead be picked up on Wednesday, 26 December 2012 and Wednesday, 2 January 2013. Recycling pick-up will occur on both Monday, 24 December 2012 and Wednesday, 26 December 2012.
