61-65 E Banks

Draper & Kramer seeks to redevelop the parcel at 61-65 E. Banks Street into an 8-story, 58-unit structure containing a mixture of two – and three-bedroom units.  The proposal includes an underground parking facility that will house up to 68 parking spaces for building residential use, with a permanent valet service on hand, as well as 58 bicycle parking spaces.
