1840 N Clark St – CPS Early Learning Center

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is planning for a new early learning center to be located at 1840 N. Clark Street. The building will remain mostly as is: the alterations will be primarily internal, with a proposed playground on the plaza.

Day care centers and preschools are allowed uses in any residential or business zoning district. This proposal, however, will require a special use because the applicant is CPS.
