Belden Stratford Renovation Construction Update
Project point of contact for Neighbors:
* An email address has been set up for anyone to communicate with the project – Beldenrenovation@waterton.com
This email address will forward to both the Property Community Manager Kevin Shukis and Waterton construction Project Manager Dave Garber.
The Belden Stratford was built in the 1920s and is historically significant, although not a Chicago Landmark.
The building will remain mostly intact: the renovation will target primarily non-historic alterations that
were made over time both internally and externally, reversing them closer to original conditions.

The project does not require a zoning change or any type of zoning relief. The purpose of the meeting
is to inform the community about this renovation project, the proposed changes to the public way
surrounding the property, possible construction phase impacts on immediate neighbors and the
operations of the building and its tenants once the work is complete.
