DePaul University’s Public Safety Office recently reported the following from an alleged kidnapping report of a DePaul Student:
“Chicago Police have determined that a student’s report on Jan. 9 of being kidnapped near Fullerton and Halsted and robbed is false.
DePaul Public Safety takes all reports of crimes seriously and provides assistance to the Chicago Police Department as appropriate. To report a crime or emergency, call (773) 325-7777 (Lincoln Park Campus) or (312)362-8400 (Loop Campus).
