‘Frankly’ speaking, Chicago Hot Dog Fest is a guaranteed ‘wiener’! In fact, it’s so wildly popular that, in 2015, it will expand to three days by opening on Friday evening, August 7th and continue through August 8th and 9th at the Chicago History Museum.
