The Chipotle chefs have been hard at work conceiving new recipes just for Cultivate. Each dish will be created around fresh, responsibly grown ingredients from local farms. Chipotle restaurants in the Chicagoland area source oregano, organic cilantro, jalapeños and bell peppers from Degroot Vegetable Farms, HerbThyme, Harmony Valley Farm, and Pero Family Farms.
