The proposed redevelopment of this location will allow a two-story, retail structure containing six (6) tenant spaces and approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial space.  This proposed redevelopment entails the replacement of the current, dilapidated structure that is comprised of three (3) separate parcels and a total of 19,000 square feet of retail.

 

The current zoning designation is B1-2, and the applicant is seeking a temporary zoning change to a C2-2 classification in order to construct the new building and preserve the existing signage presently located on the current structure.
