This proposed redevelopment entails the replacement of the current, dilapidated structure that is comprised of three (3) separate parcels and a total of 19,000 square feet of retail.
The current zoning designation is B1-2, and the applicant is seeking a temporary zoning change to a C2-2 classification in order to construct the new building and preserve the existing signage presently located on the current structure.
